With offices in Manhattan and the Hamptons, Marie-Christine Design is a residential interior design firm working with clients throughout the country. We are known for creating homes that are elegant and unpretentious, timeless and refined. Our spaces communicate quietly yet powerfully, with a confident edit. Airy rooms are punctuated with thoughtfully selected vintage pieces, juxtaposed with modern art and rich textiles. We enjoy bringing beauty to life.

Founder Marie-Christine McNally personally leads each project. Supporting her is a team of longtime professionals dedicated to managing every step of the process creatively and logistically. We are proud to provide service that reflects our design sensibility: warm and impeccable.

Marie-Christine

Born in Montreal, Marie-Christine McNally grew up in a 17th-century home that imprinted her with a deep appreciation for spaces that transcend time. Her family later moved to Dallas, where her mother established a highly regarded French antiques business. Buying trips to Paris expanded Marie-Christine’s passion for evocative interiors, and in 2009 she launched Marie-Christine Design.

From the start, Marie-Christine’s approach has been shaped by the meaning of home and the unique role it plays in our lives. She designs for the life we live, with comfort and beauty working together in harmony. Her work also possesses something that can’t be pinpointed but is unmistakably present: an inimitably European discretion and an unmistakably American spirit.

In 2019, she opened Ma-Tine, a shop featuring a curated collection of the things she loves. Located in East Hampton, Ma-Tine has become a destination for design lovers and professionals nationwide.
